ioneer Screens have tremendous advantages as compared to old generation screens.
| | | | | | Consistent quality of wires as per DIN 17223/A | | | Special anti-corrosion coating to prevent oxidation even in extremely hostile conditions | | | Precise aperture sizes ensuring perfect regularity of seiving results | | | Longer service life due to weaving as per ISO 4783/3 and accredited quality system | | | | |

ioneer Screens are manufactured in different types of executions. The most common types are shown below :
| | | | | | Type ORF/Pnr-A Single Crimp Execution as per DIN 4192 - Form A | | | Type ORF/Pnr-B Flat Top Execution as per DIN 4192 - Form E | | | Type ORF/Pnr-C Lock Crimp Execution as per DIN 4192 - Form D | | | Type ORF/Pnr-D Double Intermediate Crimp as per DIN 4912 - Form C | | | Other types on request. | | | | |

ioneer Screens are assembled using various wire diameters to achieve aperture sizes resulting many combinations as required for the screening operations.

n order to avoid premature wearing out of wire screens, it is essential to follow the instructions of the manufacture of the screening machine being used. Particular attention should be given to the following:

- Ensure that wire screen is well tensioned on frame.
- Avoid damage to wire screens by sharp edges or cross bars. If necessary, place rubber inserts between cross-bars and wire screen.

- Inspect general condition of machine, giving particular attention to the tensioning system.
- Ensure perfect tensioning of wire screen by a gradual tightening of all screws fitting for that purpose.
- Inspect tension of wire screens regularly.
- Avoid any flapping of wire screens.

he two sides of the mesh are each inserted in a U-shaped strip and then bent to form a hook.

he following particulars must be stated in all enquiries and order sheets related to Pioneer Screens.
For Wire Screens
1. The type of weave 2. The aperture size 3. The direction of apertures in the case of slot aperture wire screens 4. The wire diameter or dimension of cross-section 5. The length and width of the panels
For tensioning/hook attachments
1. The type : AM/NT 2. The sides of the wire screen to which they must be fitted 3. Their direction in relation to the screening surface
