cean Rubber Factory offers a large range of customer specific gaskets for use in the oil, petrochemical, power and water sector. The gaskets are made using Chloroprene (neoprene) rubber, Nitrile rubber, EPDM and Natural rubber in varying hardnesses ranging from 35 shore A to 95 shore A.
Chloroprene gaskets are resistant to ozone, oxidizing conditions, most oils and seawater. Temperature tolerance is from - 20°C up to 110°C.
itrile gaskets have excellent resistance to swelling in mineral oils, fuel oils, animal and vegetable fats and oils and shows good gas impermeability. Temperature tolerance is from -20°C to 110°C.
PDM gaskets have excellent resistance to ozone, oxygen, water and direct exposure to sunlight and harsh weather conditions. EPDM gaskets could be used continuously in the temperature range of - 20°C to 130°C.atural rubber gaskets are resistant to most inorganic chemicals, alcohols and esters. They are also resistant to fatigue and flex cracking and could be used in a temperature range of -20°C to 80°C .
askets are manufactured in accordance with BS 3293 and ANSI B 16.1. However, ORF has facilities to manufacture gaskets to any other reference standard as specified by the customers.
