LIMAROLL Conveyor Rollers are designed for medium and heavy duty handling requirements in industries like quarry, aggregate & sand, cement, construction, readymixed concrete, asphalt, fertilizer, packaging, etc. All rollers are suitable for continuous operation and hostile environment.LIMAROLL Conveyor Rollers are manufactured using components of European origin. All roller shells are manufactured from concentric steel tubes. The two end caps are of die formed construction secured by hydraulically pressing the ends of the tube, thus giving a smooth radius. The roller spindle is made from drawn round bar and the ends machined to ensure perfect bearing spin. All bearings are grease packed precision type with double seals. Additional lubrication is provided by pre-packed grease chamber which is lubricated for life.
he double lipped polyamide twin seals at either end simultaneously act as lubrication chamber and dust protection guard. The bearing seal assembly is secured in position by means of safety locking rings directly machined on the spindle. Finally a die formed metal cap coupled with rubber bush is press-fit for additional protection to the bearing assembly.
ariatrough Idler set consist of two type-A side rollers, one type-B centre roller and one type-C return roller. Side rollers of this arrangement can be set at angles of 20°, 30°, 40°, 50° or 60° in order to achieve the desired belt trough.
onotrough Idler set consist of three equal size type-D carrier rollers and one return roller of same type. In this arrangement the side rollers can be set at any pre-determined angles of 25°, 35°, or 45°.
